One Port Center
Designed by world-famous architect Michael Graves, this 175,000 square foot, 11-story office tower opened in 1996. It serves as headquarters for the Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) and also houses State of New Jersey offices, CFP, and Vitarelli's Restaurant. It is also home to several private professional service firms such Scungio & Borst Associates and Traffic Planning & Design. CFDA performed site planning and permitting for One Port Center, which was built by the DRPA. The waterfront master plan calls for the development of a twin tower called Two Port Center. The total cost of One Port Center was $30 million.
