CFDA has coordinated closely with Dranoff Properties as it spearheaded its newest project in Camden, the Radio Lofts. Directly adjacent to the Victor Building, and with remarkable views of the restored Johnson Park, the project will take a historically significant RCA Victor building and transform it into 86 spectacular, luxury loft condominiums that will serve as a residential anchor for the renaissance of the Camden Waterfront. Radio Lofts represents the second landmark residential community to be created by Dranoff Properties on the Camden Waterfront. As with the Victor Lofts and the upcoming Cooper's Crossing project, CFDA will continue to assist the private and public sector with the overall infrastructure planning and implementation as well as technical assistance with environmental investigations/remediation, financing, and project approvals.

Developed by Dranoff Properties, The Victor Building is a residential re-use of the historic RCA Nipper Building. Once the headquarters of RCA Victor, the building is now home to 341 luxury waterfront loft apartments. CFDA recruited noted Philadelphia residential developer Carl Dranoff to undertake the project. CFDA worked with Dranoff Properties to first negotiate with NJ Department of Environmental Protection and then to oversee an $8 million remediation of the historic Nipper Building, which was funded by the Delaware River Port Authority. The clean-up resulted in a "No Further Action" letter that allowed the project to be financed and constructed. The renovation of The Victor Building was completed in 2004 at a cost of $60 million.
